The problem

A national membership body was running on an ageing platform that no supplier wanted to touch. Renewals, events and communications each lived somewhere different, and member data disagreed with itself.

What we did

Acted as Fractional CTO through a full replatform: technology selection, supplier assessment, data migration strategy and delivery oversight, with the board briefed in plain language throughout.

What changed

Renewals automated, a single member record, support volume materially reduced, and an internal team confident enough to own the platform going forward.
